These are abandoned Stalin-era garages. Originally an architectural feature of Chelyabinsk, they are now nearly a century old and require comprehensive redesign.
What have we come up with?
The primary function of the garages has been repurposed into commercial spaces.
Floor hight
For commercial spaces, the minimum ceiling height must be 2.7 meters. By utilizing the existing space of the vehicle inspection pits, we can slightly lower the floor level to meet this requirement.
